Davis (he/him/his) is currently a Ph.D. student at the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Education & Information Studies (UCLA Ed&IS). He is interested in using mixed methods to better understand issues of equity as they relate to the academic and career experiences of community college students, particularly those from historically minoritized communities. He spent the last 10+ years in advising, teaching, and academic/institutional research roles across California’s education system: in the non-profit sector, as well as the K-12, community college, and public/private university systems.

At Phase Two, Davis supports the development and facilitation of learning activities that California community colleges will engage with in their implementation of more holistic student support redesign. He holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) and a M.Ed. from the University of Southern California (USC) Rossier School of Education.
